08 // Which Phase You Need to Start With in Order to Reach Your Goal of Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, or Looking Toned

Hi Friend, 

Today we are talking all about our goals. If we want to get to Disneyland for a fun family vacation this summer, we have to know where we are starting, what our end destination is and then we can figure out how to get there in the most efficient way possible. It's definitely not efficient if you start driving up I-5 North! This is true for our fitness journeys as well! So, what is your goal? Are you wanting to lose fat? Gain muscle? Look more toned? These are important questions to ask ourselves in order to figure out which phase we need to be starting in.
